    Hi Katrina,
Congratulations! very nice and explicit video. The only little problem I had is that I could not hear very well. I wonder if it has to do with my computer’s volume. Greetings, Fiona

Hi Fiona. I’ve just checked on my computer and with headphones it’s fine but without it’s very faint, so I don’t think it’s a problem your end. Perhaps someone can throw some light on the volume situation? I don’t want to record it again if I can help it, it took me several takes! Katrina.

    Hi Katrina
I really like this-no problem with the sound. It seems a straightforward, calm approach to the subject -I think you would get anyone on board who was feeling a bit phobic about IT!

  3. Hi Katrina
Well done – nice and clear! I did need to put my speakers up to full volume though to hear your careful explanations.

Excellent Katrina. A very clear screencast. Unfortunately, even with the volume on full I could hardly hear you.
